Some information from Cambridge Crocs: PLEASE NOTE TONIGHT IS CASH ONLY!

PLEASE READ THROUGH TO THE END :)

Pool Deck Seating: Parents can set up seats on the deck long ends, no seating along the shorter ends. 

Bull Pen/Tent Set Up: We will set up in the grass area between the tennis courts and under the pavilion right outside the pool gates. 

Concessions at Croc Cafe: Cash only. We will have Chick-fil-a, hotdogs, nachos, chips, candy, and drinks. The Kona Ice truck will be here, too! 

Hospitality: We will have a parking spot reserved for your Team Rep and Head Coach, and we will also provide cold water for your coaches and deck volunteers. Parking is limited so carpooling is suggested. Please observe the posted parking signs.

- Please make sure your child arrives no later than 4:30pm. 

- Please check in with me if you are a volunteer. 

- VERY IMPORTANT: please make sure you have the Swimtopia App downloaded. It will be how I communicate any weather issues for this evening. If it rains we will swim, if it thunders/lightening we will have 30 minute delay. You will have to sit in your car so please make sure your notifications are turned on. DO NOT GO HOME, PLEASE STAY UNTIL WE COMMUNICATE.
