    St Ive's Swim Meet PLEASE READ IT ALL

    Happy Tuesday,

    I am copying these notes from the St Ives Rep so you know where to enter and where we will set up tents.  I plan to be there at 3:30pm to start setting up tents, swimmers please plan to arrive at 4:30pm to start check in. Warm-Ups will start at 5pm and end at 5:20pm. They are doing some sort of senior lap before the meet. They will have a timers meeting at 5:15. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS TO BE BROUGHT IN. 

    Hopefully the following information will be helpful for your team.    1) Please use the St Ives Club entrance (directly across from the Egg Harbor Restaurant) on Medlock Bridge/141 heading south towards State Bridge Rd. There is no security at this entrance. After you enter the gates, the pool parking lot is the second turn on the left. Overflow parking will be on the street near the upper clay tennis courts which is located above the pool/tennis parking lot. There are stairs that lead from the street down to the pool/tennis parking lot. The pool address is 1 St Ives Country Club Dr, Johns Creek, GA 30097.  The Visiting Team bullpen is reserved under the pavilion closest to the playground. In addition, your Team can use the grassy space behind the pavilion and playground. St Ives does reserve the tables in front of the pavilion for our 13 & Up bullpen.

    NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED. ST IVES COUNTRY CLUB WILL STRONGLY ENFORCE THIS RULE. 14) St Ives Cabana will have a buffet to purchase using credit/debit card ONLY, no cash. It will be a fajita bar (steak, chicken, black bean fajitas), warm corn and flour tortillas, chips, queso, salsa, guac, assorted toppings both for fajitas and salads, watermelon and cookies. It will be $17.95 for adults, $8.99 for kids aged 5-12, and kids 4 and under eat free. We will also have soft drinks and bar items available for purchase.

    This is a 6 lane pool, we will need a total of 18 volunteers, 9 people per half. This will consist of 6 timers per half, 1 place judge, 1 master recorder and 1 computer person. We will switch volunteers around event 43. We will also need 4 bullpen plus 1 floater per half.
