Happy Friday,

Hope everyone enjoyed fun Friday and the donuts! Sorry I couldn't be there, I had a few meetings to attend this morning. 

Important information, please read: (if you have friends on the team that don't speak great English, please reach out to them to make sure they understand emails)

- Now on the website, you can sign up for your own jobs. I had to update it today, so if you did this already, please do it again. You will find this under the schedule tab

- Please update the attendance for your swimmer as attending or not attending. Undeclared swimmers will not swim in a race. You will find this under the schduele tab.

- Our next meet is at Sugar Mill. PARENTS: Please be mindful of your child(ren) swim events, help our parent volunteers by keeping your kids near the tents. Age group volunteers will get the kids to the bullpen, the bullpen tent is the one with chairs. The bullpen leader and floater, will assist keeping them seated. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILD IS AND WHAT THEIR EVENT IS. Our volunteers CANNOT keep running around looking for your kid. If we can't find them and they don't show up, they will miss their event.

Thank you for your help and assistance. We are going to plan another zoom meeting about how the line up works and the importance of knowing your child's swim events. Ages 11 and up should be able to do this for themself. They should know to show up to the bullpen 5 events ahead of time.
